We went on to manage the Waters Edge hotel in Jersey, a 52-bedroom hotel with restaurant and six 2-bedroom self-catering apartments for four years until its closure for redevelopment. Mark and I moved to France and purchased Beauchamp with two 3-bedroom holiday homes in November 2021 and following months of refurbishment to meet our high standards and comfort have been welcoming guests since May 2022.
