The house is located right next to the southern part of the Saint Leu lagoon, a 3-minute walk, on the beach snack bar, stand of delicious Mauritian specialties, fresh coconut, vintage ice cream truck… but especially sublime sunsets.
Nearby is a Lifeguard station and a supervised and secure swimming area (Ruelle 46 beach).
2-minute walk to medical center (doctors, physiotherapists, dentists, etc.)
A 3-minute drive to the city center and all its various and varied shops.
