Brantfell Cottage is a beautiful mid-terrace, stone-built holiday cottage tucked away in an idyllic, elevated position above Bowness village and a stones throw from Brant Fell and the start of the famous ‘Dalesway Walk’.

Fully refurbished in 2022 the cottage offers cosy, contemporary accommodation and is in an ideal location, away from the crowds but only a short stroll down the hill to the village and Lake Windermere.

The space
The property is accessed via a private lane.

The kitchen diner has a newly fitted kitchen with integrated appliances including fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven. There is a table and seating for 4 people. There is a small utility cupboard with a washing machine and other laundering equipment.

The lounge and the kitchen are divided by a stairway in the centre of the room.

The modern and cosy lounge with a beautiful, traditional sash window, has comfortable seating and a Smart TV. An adjoining small porch/boot room provides access to the garden.

Bedroom 1: Large double bedroom with views of Claife Heights and glimpses of Lake Windermere. Kingsize bed with Emma mattress, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table.

Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with 2 small single beds, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bathroom: Upstairs bathroom with toilet, basin and luxurious walk in shower, accessed from both bedrooms. Please note :there is no bath in the property.

Garden: Private landscaped garden with patio area.

Parking: There are two dedicated private parking spaces.

Guest access
The cottage has self check in and out via a key box.

Access to the cottage is via Brantfell Road which is steep in places, there is an alternative, gentler route via Langrigge Drive.
