The dining table seats six and the spacious living area features TV and comfy sofas. One flight of stairs up from the street and internally a flight down to bedrooms.
The master bedroom is bright and spacious with queen size bed and ensuite with toilet and shower/bath facility. There is also a bunkbed for children adjoining this room (please refer to the images). The second and third bedrooms are cosy with queen size beds and built-in robes and bathroom and toilet with shower/bath facility between.
Two single beds in the living/study area can accommodate 2 additional people.

Just minutes away, the famed MCG, Princess and Regent Theatres, Rod Laver Arena – home to the Australian Open Tennis, Melbourne Aquarium and Southgate Arts and Leisure Precinct on the banks of the Yarra River and Federation Square. Plus, the new Melbourne Emporium retail complex for boutique and brand name shopping, Roof-top cinema and botanical gardens.
Within 20 minutes, the Italian hub of Lygon Street, open space of Albert Park and cosmopolitan St Kilda Pier and Luna Park.
Close to all forms of public transport (bikes, trams, trains & taxis). The apartment is very close to Flinders Street, Southern Cross and Melbourne Central Stations; Skybus to Melbourne Airport; and within easy access to car hire and tourist buses for a trip beyond the city - visit Mornington Peninsular, coastline beaches along the Great Ocean Road the Yarra Valley Wine Region and the parade of penguins at Phillip Island Nature Park or the historic goldfields of the 1850s at Sovereign Hill.
Tram travel is now free in Melbourne CBD.
For your convenience, we provide MYKI passes (without credit) needed for travelling on public transport outside Melbourne CBD. You just need to upload money onto them before you travel.
A taxi is approx 25 minutes and $55 from the airport (or maxi taxi for over 5 people approx $75) and the Skybus at $18 (per person, one way), plus free tram.
We can arrange secure undercover parking with simple PIN code access for $25 per 24 hours (valid for multiple entry and exit).
Other things to note
We provide all linen, towels and toiletries: body wash, hand wash, shampoo & toilet paper plus essential household items including glad wrap & al-foil, olive oil, salt/pepper and a selection of teas. We also have coffee capsules available for the Nespresso machine.
We like to provide you with the finest products while also supporting those environmentally minded:
-Who Gives a Crap environmentally sustainable toilet paper; donating a portion of the profits to water/sanitation projects in the developing world.
-Sukin natural skincare products (body wash, hand wash, shampoo); both luxurious and environmentally sustainable.
We usually have a 3 night minimum stay unless there are 1-2 nights between other bookings.
