The perfect place to stay in the middle of the city. Vanessa has created a place that feels like home, super clean and so close to everything. Will be back again and again.

I highly recommend Vanessa's place, it is right in the middle of everything but tucked away on one of Melbourne's laneways that makes it quiet even on a busy night. It is spacious and comfortable and within walking distance to anyplace you want to go in Melbourne. It is comfortably appointed and set up well to accommodate multiple people or a family.

We stayed at Niagara Lane for 4 nights with 5 people and really enjoyed it. HOST: Vanessa seemed very nice, she was really easy to communicate with and responded quickly. CHECK-IN & OUT: The process was really well organised and flexible, it was the best check-in and out process we have seen so far in all our travels. LOCATION: Extremely central to all the city attractions, various transport options and also close to vital amenities like supermarkets, food shops, restaurants and cafes. FEATURES: Spacious and was as the photos describe, had all the basic amenities including heating and air-con, the Wi-Fi signal is not strong which was a disappointing, so we couldn’t use it. Would I recommend it? YES, I would recommend staying here if you are visiting Melbourne! Thank you Vanessa!
