I reserved on "instant book" at the asking price. It was disconcerting to then receive an email - 3 days before arrival - requesting a 20% price uplift. I declined, but it created an unnecessary amount of stress and uncertainty in planning my trip. The flat itself is in good shape, well located and well appointed.

Truly amazing apartment, clean, comfortable and chic, finished to a really good standard. Loved how convenient it was to collect the key, location is second to none, plenty of bars and restaurants within a short walking distance and he views from the apartment are truly superb. Kirk was a great host, really responsive and accommodating.
