Great location close to the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Very clean and the air conditioning worked great as it was hot. Communication was great with Roberta. Very helpful and we were able to get into the property a little early which was nice.

Roberta has been very kind to us, she has been waiting for us promptly in her apartment upon our arrival in Rome, even though we arrived 8 hours before check-in time. It has also given you a lot of useful information about Rome and also some sites of interest to us. The apartment is in a prime location, very close to the Trevi Fountain (2 blocks). We were able to walk to Piazza Spagna, we even reached walking to Piazza del Poppolo. Another day we were also walking to Piazza Navona. It is necessary to be attentive to the numbering of the department since there are 2 different accesses with the same numbering (Nº98), one must take the one that is a few meters far from a nice place in which they sell fruits. Despite being in such a tourist place the apartment is very quiet as it is in a building with inner plaza, very quiet and nice. It had everything we needed for an excellent stay in Rome.

The apartment was perfect for my family, which was me, my mother and 2 boys - age 4 and 10. The apartment was a good size, and we were able to cook meals in it and the kids had good space to relax. Roberta the host was amazing with helping us with transportation. The location was perfect, as we could easily walk to main attractions. The street is busy, but the apartment has its own courtyard which is very quiet, there were no issues with noise, so sleeping was easy. The mattresses were good as well. There is a Sephora about 5 minutes away, so if you forget any of your makeup you can get it here! I would stay again and recommend the place and Roberta.

Roberta was an amazing host, and her place is great too! Situated amazingly, it's just a short walk to everything that would be on your must-see list for Rome. It's also not too far from the subway, so it's easy to get to the farther out places as well. As for the apartment itself, it was very clean and houses all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. 10/10 would recommend!

Great apartment for family with amazing location yet very quiet and secluded. Roberta is great host and very responsive. She helped with transportation to and from airport, recommended nice places for food and was very quick to respond. We highly recommend her apartment :)

Roberta's apartment is really large and located pretty much in the heart of the city! This also means that the street where the entrance to the apartment complex compound is, is very very busy with tourists. The apartment is in one of the few blocks within a group of apartment blocks that shares a compound. This compound is accessible typically to the apartment residents only so there is some privacy from the public (however, we noticed that the main door to the apartment complex was kept open throughout the day - and closed from the evening onwards; there is security personnel that would be present to periodically check on people - he asked us once which apartment we are in). Roberta was not available to check us in. Instead, her friend Ugo was there to greet us and give a rundown of the apartment and was happy to address any questions/issues we had, like check-out, airport taxis, etc. He helped us replace the water kettle in the apartment as the one there was leaking water when used. Ugo explained that Roberta was not well during our stay there which would explain why she was slightly delayed in responding to my queries when we were there. Ugo did make up for it with his quick responses though. The apartment itself is quite spacious and had most of the main facilities like washing machine and dryer, dish washer, hob, oven and microwave. Most of the perishables were available, like dish washing tablets, laundry detergent but we were not sure if these were provided by Roberta or left behind by previous tenants. Roberta provides clean towels, hotel-sized shower gel and shampoo, and toilet paper. It would have been nice to have a fresh dish-washing sponge and kitchen towels though. The apartment furniture and fittings is a combination of modern and antique which we found to be pleasant. However, the general condition of the fittings is slightly old. There are lots and LOTS of cupboards/storage space in this apartment (great ideas for hidden storage!) but some of the doors were either stuck or loose. The shower is in the bathtub in the bathroom which was a lot higher than we were used to! My mother-in-law had trouble getting into the tub to have a shower! The check-out was also handled by Ugo and it went well with no issues. Luggage can be stored in his office which is within the apartment compound. He even insisted to see us off when we checked-out. All in all, a great apartment which needs a little TLC and some additional perishables (kitchen stuff!) to make it perfect!

I am a girl in love with the city and especially in the old town which I would describe as an open-air museum.
Trip and know well what are the needs of people for this trip are sure to welcome you in the right way, make you feel at home and be a good reminder of the eternal city.
