Located within the picturesque and rural village of Llangernyw, this 1750's farmhouse has all the appeal and charm you need to have a wonderful getaway in the North Wales countryside.
Full of character and period features, the house boasts plenty of space for the whole family. Enjoy breakfast in the kitchen, cozy up to the warmth of the wood-burners in both the lounge and dining room, and retire to bed in one of the three bedrooms on offer... oh and add in beautiful views of the countryside!!

The space
This really is a 'home from home' and the well-equipped and spacious kitchen/breakfast room will give you all you need to kick-start your day ready for some sightseeing.
When you return home, enjoy a meal in the cozy dining room with the wood burner roaring away. Then the lounge allows guests to really relax at the end of the day, light the wood-burner and power up the freeview TV! Or you could head upstairs to the 'reading area' on the landing for some quiet time.
When you do want to retire to bed you will have the choice of three bedrooms, the master being a sizeable room boasting a double bed, and two twin bedrooms. All have views over the countryside.
Head on down the few steps into the bathroom which has a bath with overhead shower.
With original features such as wooden beams and stone walls, you will be pushed to find any area of this home that you don't enjoy, and that's before you even venture out into the garden area.

Other things to note
The property has parking in the main yard at the front for up to three vehicles. It is then a short walk up the path to the house. Please use the side/back door to enter the house.
The bathroom has four steps down into it. There is a rail on the left hand side of the wall to hold on to.
The washing machine is located in the outhouse opposite the side/back door.
There is a travel cot which can be requested. Guests are required to bring their own bedding for the cot. Please wipe down after use.
There is a highchair which can be requested. One standalone type and one booster type. Please wipe down after use.

Llangernyw is a quaint and peaceful village in the heart of North Wales with a local shop and 'The Stag' traditional country pub which has an award winning menu. It is famed for having a Yew Tree in the church garden which is believed to be between 4000 - 5000 years old.
It is ideally located to enjoy the many attractions North Wales has to offer. For walkers and climbers, the village is not far from nearby Betws y Coed and the Snowdonia range. To enjoy high-stakes adventure, pop over to Zip World Velocity, Zip Fforest or the Slate Caverns at Blaenau Ffestiniog to 'Bounce Below'.
Alternatively, you could always travel to the beautiful coastline and enjoy the beaches of Rhos on Sea & Llandudno or the historic Conwy Castle and walls.
