Unfortunately, we expected a far better standard in every part of the stay, the accommodation was old and tired; the worst part being the breakfast which was altogether quite disappointing. There were ten or so flies buzzing around our table which landed on everything we were not using. We paid £138 for one night and we stay in B and B's frequently so know the standard to expect for this price. The stay with breakfast was worth far less. After the disappointing room and en suite I thought we would receive a lovely farmhouse breakfast, Pamela just presented us with a sad, undercooked breakfast that had been in the oven for at least half an hour and then had to eat it with the flies buzzing around us. The bathroom was also not of a good standard, the shower was old and the towels were crispy.

We stayed at Pamela's new Chalet at Seaton (a suggestion by Pamela as we had originally wanted to book one of her self-catering options). A lovely Chalet, set on the outskirts of Seaton near to petrol station and shop. The Chalet has been renovated and updated with some lovely touches. Perfectly clean and just lovely. Thank you for being such a lovely host :)

Maria was a excellent guest who would be welcome to return either to 17 Tower Lodge or to Ferndale Cottage

Lovely Farm house, close to the coast. Quiet, comfortable, surrounded by fields. Very friendly host and a delicious breakfast! Could have not asked for a better experience on my first trip to Devon.

Pamela is a house wife who likes to take in guest's in their farmhouse. Derek is a beef farmer who will willing let people come out onto the farm in the mornings to find out what goes on on a farm.
