The apartment was clean and comfortable. It's close to lots of shops and public transportation. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Place wise its in s good location and convenient. But host is difficult to handle.

The guests checked in about 2am, left the place in a terrible condition, left a frying pan full of rice in the fridge, the whole place smells of curry and now requires odor removal, the place was flooded with water for the guests' entire stay, if they had stayed longer than 5 nights the place would need to be rebuilt. And I'm the difficult one?

Mark was a great host to our family - from helping us unload the car, to daily coffees in the morning, it was a pleasure to stay here. Mark and his wife were more than happy to help with any request -from helping us with a sick child to a friendly wave everyday. We were very close to the centre where our son attended treatment for a 3 week period (Listen and Learn), and this was a great advantage. There were many parks around to enjoy and getting to kid friendly places was no trouble at all. thank you Mark for a great stay in Melbourne :-) we will be back!

Very clean, neat apartment. Easy to drive in to and 20mins to city. Tonnes of options for food within walking distance. Hosts very welcoming,even helped with some bags!
