Spacious, comfortable and homely with private pool situated in gated Edificio and probably one of the best large villas on this green zone only 0.4 km from the beach. Sun adorns the terrace from dawn until dusk in summer and from spring to autumn too when we welcome enquiries for short term to longer term lets. Views to mountains and sea are not obstructed and this villa is ideal for alfresco dining.
Our villa is very spacious and benefits from large bedrooms (one of which is internal). For parties of 10 we can also offer another smaller internal bedroom. The large outside terrace on the middle floor with a purpose built large barbeque area results in many of our guests eating alfresco although the large and well equipped kitchen and be used for eating along with the dining area in the lounge. In the lounge there is another small outside terrace for partaking coffee or again alfresco - this is equipped with a small table and four chairs. The large garage at street level can house a small to medium size and consideration of parking is essential especially in the months of July and August as the street leads to the beach so many many beach visitors park in the street immediately outside the villa at this time.
You have access to the whole villa including the very large community swimming pool which is by the villa. We also pay for our guests to use the community pool which is open from March to November each year and is open 10.00 to 20.00 every day. The surrounding area of the community swimming pool is popular for meeting others or just further sunbathing and relaxation. So that our guests can arrive at any time day or evening we provide a key safe immediately outside the entrance door of the villa and will let you have the secret code to gain access nearer the arrival date. We do however also try our very best to meet and greet our guests.
Interaction with guests
We will provide you with our telephone numbers for use during your stay or for use prior to your first day both in cases of emergencies. From the time of enquiry we are here to help and answer your questions and can arrange for our regular taxi driver father and son team called Miguel or Javier to collect and deliver you back to the airport. They not only have a car but also a minibus for larger parties. Alternatively we can put you in touch with our family team member employee who operates a car rental company. Both services are competitive and especially reliable. Whatever you decide we will provide arrangements for collection of the key and whenever possible we will be at the villa to meet you on arrival.
Other things to note
We will provide you with local information including recommendations for eating at restaurants where we like to eat which provides quality home cooked food at economic prices. The villa is centrally located for a short walk to then famous Burriana Beach and also in the opposite direction to the two local supermarkets of Supersol and Mercadona. Supersol has a high reputation with the Spanish locals for purchasing fresh meat and Mercadona for fresh fish.

My husband is Spanish and between us we rent out 4 elegant properties in great locations in Nerja. Many of our guests regularly return for longer lettings especially in the winter months and we have hosts guests from far afield looking to escape their own harsh climates to live in harmony here in the wonderful "Carribian" climate that Nerja offers all the year round. In fact Nerja itself is one of the best kept secrets of Spain for relaxation and being unspoiled - it is still a typical working town.
