A lovely rural barn with walks on the doorstep with Regency Cheltenham only a short drive away. The barn has an open plan living area with one double and one twin bedroom. We are pet and child friendly with an enclosed patio area and open lawn area.
Thanks for looking at Yew Tree Barn. It is in a lovely area in the middle of the stunning Cotswold countryside while still only a short drive or bus journey to Gloucester or Cheltenham.
The barn accommodates 4 people with one double and one twin bedroom with a great social open plan living space. All bedding and towels are provided.
The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave.
The lounge has wifi, smart TV, dinning table and comfy sofa's. Please note that the bathroom only has a shower. We provide a selection of games, tourists guides and walking books on the local area.
Outside there is a secure patio with table and chairs which is accessed by bi-fold doors with fantastic views up towards Birdlip Hill. Beyond the patio is a lawned area with additional seating.
There is free off road parking right next to the barn for a maximum of 2 cars.
We supply a welcome pack which consists of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and scones to settle you in. If you would like to have a fully stocked fridge when you arrive then just let us know what you would like and we will arrange it for you.
The barn is pet friendly and your four legged family members are very welcome. We are close to the Cotswold Way and there are many walks on our doorstep.
Guests have access to the property and private garden
Interaction with guests
We live across the lane and you can have as much or as little interaction as you wish. You have sole use of the patio and garden area.
Cheltenham has lovely restaurants, shops, theatres and many festivals each year including the famous Literature and Jazz Festivals. There is also a race course which is host to the Gold Cup in March each year.
In the local area there are many stunning Cotswold villages such as Stow-on-the-wold, Bourton on the water, Painswick and Bibury.
There are many local country pubs within a few miles of the property including a couple in walking distance.
There is free parking next to the barn and local bus stops on the main road about half a mile away.
Other things to note
The host is also a trained holistic therapist so please let us know if you would like to pamper yourself during your stay and we will do our best to accommodate this.
The barn is in a lovely quiet village and we do have neighbours who wish to keep it that way so please no loud music.
No smoking in the barn.
No bookings accepted for couples / groups under the age of 25.
No pets to be left alone in the barn at anytime.
