To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal:
- A beautiful fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, induction hob, kettle, cooking utensils, pots and pans, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher.
- Pleasant bathroom with walk-in double, toilet and double vanity.
- A living room with exposed beams, sofa (not convertible), a TV connected to fiber and a dining area - standing eats and mobile air conditioning.
- A beautiful bedroom with a King Size bed (180 x 200 cm) and plenty of storage.

To help you start your stay, we will provide you with the essentials for a first night (soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid...).
Note that the apartment is located on the 4th floor, no elevator and that although well renovated, it enjoys elements of the old (dust, worn joints, traces on the walls...) which are not cleanliness defects, the apartment being perfectly cleaned and sanitized between each rental. The air conditioning is mobile and can be noisy. There is a smell in the bathroom.

You will be able to enjoy the entire accommodation for the duration of your stay.
To allow you to start your stay well, we will provide you with the essentials for a first night (soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid...).
The apartment is located in the historic heart of Toulouse, noise pollution remains possible as soon as the windows are open.

In this time of energy crisis, we must all be responsible in the use of energy and we remind our passengers that the temperature of heaters is limited in France, by law (article R241-26 of the Energy Code), to 19°. Consequently, it will not be possible to exceed this temperature in the housing.

"We are available for our Guests every day, from 10am to 7pm (we are not reachable between 7pm and 10am, because we too like to rest a little).

To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete your Boarding Pass with our ENSO Connect solution, only the essential information is collected in full compliance with the GDPR rules and the Airbnb platform. In particular, we will ask you for your ID, the signing of the rental contract (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a Police Record and a written Contract) and the imprint of a €250 security deposit.
