We have a newly renovated room in our home that is now available for guests. Our one-story ranch style home is conveniently located on the southeast edge of Kokomo just off US 31 and State Road 26 - easy to get to just about anywhere, including 30 minutes from Indianapolis! This room has its own attached full bath and is two steps from your entrance into our home. An electric fireplace and new decor make it a comfortable place to relax! My wife Lisa and I look forward to welcoming you!

The room contains a queen size bed, 2 windows, and its own heat and ac controls. An attached bathroom and closet is part of the suite. My wife Lisa just finished decorating -- bright and cheery! You park, walk across the deck, in the door, and in 2 steps you are in your room.

Guest access
In addition to your room, you have access to a refrigerator just outside your door, as well as a coffee and tea station. Upon request, you can use our kitchen, including microwave. You are also welcome to stretch your legs in our big back yard. You will have free wifi throughout the property.
