This bright open plan Studio looks out on the Home Field of a stud farm beside The Curragh, Headquarters of Irish racing and racecourse. It is totally self contained with it's own entrance, hall, bedroom/living/kitchen area with spacious bathroom.

The space
This exceptional new renovation has just been completed from what was once the Dairy/Feed house on the stud farm. Limestone floor tiles with underfloor heating throughout. French Doors open onto a South facing patio looking out to the fields of the farm.

A King size bed dressed with goose down pillows and duvet quilt with crisp white quality linen.

The Bedroom Living area has discreet cooking facilities; ceramic hob, microwave, Espresso coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, fridge and dishwasher.

The Curragh, Kildare, Ireland

Located in County Kildare, the Bloodstock County in Ireland on the edge of The Curragh, the oldest and most extensive tract of semi-natural grassland in Europe. The Curragh is the Headquarters of Irish Thoroughbred Racing, home of the Classics with race meetings from March to October. Punchestown and Naas racecourses are very adjacent with horse racing taking place during the Winter months.

Kildare, a Heritage town, home of St. Brigid's Cathedral dating back to 480 AD located on the original grounds of her wooden Church, 12th Century 108' high Round Tower, St Brigid's Well close by.

One of the most popular national tourist attractions The Irish National Stud and Horse Museum, the Japanese Gardens and St Fiachra's Garden are located just 10 minutes drive.

There is excellent shopping locally including Kildare Village Outlet, Newbridge Whitewater, Newbridge Silverware, Kildare Farm Foods Open Farm shop.
Also a variety of excellent restaurants locally to suit all tastes. Three local pubs are listed in Michelin's 2016 'Eating out in Pubs' Guide.

Pollardstown Fen and Nature Reserve, the largest spring fed Fen in Ireland is just a stroll away. The Hill of Allen, 15 minutes drive celebrated to be home place of the Warrior of Irish Legend, Fionn mac Cumhaill, leader of the Fianna and his two loyal dog hounds, Bran and Sceolang, whose Lynn Kirkham sculpture greets you as you arrive from the M7 Motorway.
