Hands-down the best B&B I have stayed at. The rooms had every amenity I could have possibly wanted - heated mattress pads, soaps that were handmade by the hostess, even extra toothbrushes thoughtfully left out for guests, and more. The whole place is decorated in a French Victorian fashion that is neither stale nor untouchably formal. Each morning I was greeted with a delicious three-course breakfast made from scratch accompanied by freshly made juice and your choice of high-quality teas and coffees. Their internet connection was plenty reliable for my work. There is a nice size parking lot, so you don't have to worry about street parking (and an illuminated sign on the street so you don't have to worry about missing the turn). Deborah was a sweetheart. She took the time to talk to each guest, find out their interests, and suggest attractions in the area that might appeal to them. She had hosted two candidates in my two nights there, one for a graduate school and one for a job, and both had their interviews in her dining room. She seems to be very involved with local establishments of higher-education. They also have a handsome cat, Dexter, who just drives home the friendly atmosphere of the place. If you have cat allergies, please consider this, but he barely spent anytime inside while I was there. All told, the Sleigh Maker Inn was a wonderful place that I would stay at again in a heartbeat. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Deborah was very welcoming and showed me everything in the room. She was very attentive to detail and made me feel at home. The breakfast was great: a three courses were very balanced with oatmeal and bacon and a home-made scone and fruit. Staying at the Sleigh Maker Inn was a real delight, definitely recommended also for business travelers!

My husband and I have been looking into moving to the Westborough area, so we recently stayed two nights in the writer's room to get a better feel for the neighborhood. Deborah made us feel so welcome that it felt like we were staying with family. She went out of her way to make sure my dietary restrictions were taken into consideration for breakfast, and she gave us lots of useful information on restaurants and things to do if we end up moving there. if the opportunity arose, I would definitely stay here again.

The host canceled this reservation 3 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.

Response from Deborah:
We had to cancel this reservation as soon as we got it as we had taken a reservation from someone else and did not take it out of Airbnb fast enough. I contacted Keith right away to let him know so even though this says it was cancelled 3 days before arrival it does not state that it was cancelled right after it was made. Keith was very understanding and he did still stay with us the same week but for 1 less night than the original reservation.

Jim and I have been Innkeepers for 10+ years and have a wonderful reputation. We recently decided to list on Airbnb so we have no reviews list, but we have many on Trip Advisor is your would like to read them.

We love meeting people from all over the world and helping them while staying with us. Beside Innkeeping, we also teach swing dance lesson in our barn and go by Baby Boomers Can Dance. If you would like to take a lesson or two while you are here, let us know.

Jim is an avid bike rider and can plan out a biking route for you during your stay. We also kayak and can tell you about different bodies of water for your adventure.

We have been to all the local restaurants so we have first hand experience to share on dining options and know all of the travel hot spots.

Westborough is also on the MBTA commuter rail system from Worcester into South Station in Boston. Also we are only 3 miles to the Tufts Vet. School in Grafton.
