The house is called ”The Golden house”.
It is an artmuseum on the bottom floor and on the roof.
The apartment is fantastic, the house is new built and all apartments are fresh very light. It has a wonderful big balcony where you can sit and relax and have your meals if you want to.
Two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and two bath rooms.
The apartment perfectly accommodates four persons, is very spacious, modern and stylish. There is so much light in the rooms and there is a beautiful terrace, which faces the park. The apartment has everything needed, all the kitchen and house utensils, iron, irony board, hair dryer and two different coffee machines.
There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a big main room.
The terrace is an amazing place to start a day or to relax in the evening, it has a great view, is decorated with plants and there are several sweet spots to enjoy your time. The area is excellent: there are dozens of restaurants for different tastes nearby.
The park in front of the house is wonderful. You can take a coffee, stroll around or exercise.
The river is 10 minutes by foot and the opposite embankment provides amazing views of the city, it is also a lovely place to stroll to or from the city center or have a morning/evening run. There are quiet parks nearby, Stockholm has parks everywhere, so don't hesitate to walk in any direction and just explore the city. There are several supermarkets nearby, the tube and bus stops are just at the corners of the park. The house is easily accessible by Flygbussarna if you travel to or from Arlanda, there is a bus stop in just 5 minutes walk
If you want a longer walk, go to Hagaparken, it is a beautiful park next to the water. You can stroll around there for hours.
No smoking and no parties are allowed and of course do not disturb any neighbors. It has to be quiet during late evening and night.
