David is great. Whenever anything urgent comes up you can rely on him and get super quick feedback. The place is nice - as in the pictures. The room is small but the living room, kitchen outdoor area are really great. We had a great time. Thanks

The place is pretty nice and the location was very convenient, subway station is right in the corner. There were two pretty clean and nice washrooms. Our room had enough space, at night it got kind hot and there is no A/C but it wasn't a big deal.

I had a very good stay! This was one of the best Airbnbs I have ever rented. It was super clean, (David and Elvi have a housekeeper) and the place felt very cozy. The kitchen and bathrooms were modern and the common area, with a big screen TV and big sofa, was very comfortable. The actual room very nice as well. We had our own TV and a bunkbed that featured some good mattresses. The room had plenty of storage in the form of two drawers under the bed, a small table with a shelf, and a closet. I was traveling with a friend, but even though there was two of us, we had enough space. Also, I really liked that the frame of the bunk bed was wooden. I find that more appealing than metal framed bunk beds. All of the amenities listed were available, there were a lot of channels on the TVs, and the kitchen was fully equipped. I will say that you might want to bring your own shampoo and soap, though. There are two shared bathrooms and a couple times I found that, for example, one of the bathrooms would have boths bottle of shampo, leaving who ever was taking a shower in the other bathroom without shampoo. David and Elvi's place operates like a hostel. There are four rooms in total for rent, but there were never any problems with sharing space or dealing with noisy neighbors. My friend and I had a good time with the other guests. The location is good. There are lot of restaurants in the area, including some really good Latin food, and a couple of nice 24 hour markets in the area. There is a lot of graffiti but I found it artistic and attractive, not threatening. Really, the neighborhood did feel safe. The L line is about a ten second walk away. The L doesn't lead anywhere important in my opinion but it does transfer to the A,C, G, and M, which access much more of the city. We never met David but he was active online , easy to talk to through text, and gave clear, robust instructions and answers. We did met Elvi, though. She was conversational, kind, and hospitable. At checkout she helped us store our bags so that we didn't have to carry our bags while we looked for lunch. She made us coffee, too. David and Elvi seem to go out of their way to make their guests comfortable.. As my friend put it, "this place is like a really nice hotel, but in somebody's house". I would recommend it to any traveler.
