The space
Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom bungalow on the Camposol Golf Resort, Mazarron. We hope that you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home.
The surrounding area has a lot to offer (especially stunning beaches just 15 minutes drive away, and 320 days of sunshine every year) and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

The property is only 25 minutes walk / 2 minutes drive from the Camposol Golf Clubhouse, which has an excellent restaurant and bar, and organises regular (free) live evening entertainment. The majority (80%) of the residents on the Camposol Golf Resort complex are British, with a large number of Scandinavian, German, French, Dutch, Italian and Spanish residents and guests making it a truly international resort.

The large front patio has a PVC cover for shade, with a dining table and 4 chairs, so is the perfect place to relax and watch the world go by.

There are 2x 2-seater cream leather sofas and air-conditioning in the living room, plus another dining table with 4 chairs.

The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.

The rear terrace has an awning for shade, with a staircase to access the large solarium / rooftop, which is the perfect place to stargaze and enjoy the great views with a few drinks after dinner, or a barbeque meal.

This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed with air-conditioning, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobes.
In the second bedroom, there is a double bed, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobes.
The third bedroom contains a single bed, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobes.

There is 1 bathroom with a toilet, sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Pets are permitted at the property.
- There is free parking on the quiet residential road directly in front of the property.
- Smoking is not allowed.

We are currently preparing the house for rentals (applying for the required Spanish rental licence, renewing the bed linens, adding microwave, kettle, coffee machine, iron, sunloungers, TV, mini hi-fi system, satellite receiver, creating an extensive list of sights and activities in the nearby area, etc.), after which we will rephotograph and replace the current (2 month old) images of the property.
We anticipate that the property will be available to rent from 1st July 2022.
