On arrival we will show you your room, as well as the castle library, hall and dining rooms. There is no formal reception or room service but our office is manned Monday to Friday and there is always somebody else about if needed.

The neighbourhood

Stunning remote location set on a extensive Scottish estate. We have a wildlife steward who is available for guided walks. We have a coffee shop on the estate, open seasonally, between 10am and 5 pm daily. 5 miles away is the Tobermory with a number of restaurants if you would like to eat out.

Glengorm is somewhat magical. The staff are very friendly, relaxed but reliable. The atmosphere is perfect, the host, tom, is generous enough to share his library and whisky collection to all guests. There is a whole 5000 acres of estate for guests to explore including streams, forrests, cliffs and beaches. Further more the breakfast is wonderfully prepared and locally sourced. The rooms are luxurious and the quality of everything is exceptional; from bath tubs to bed linen. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. Glengorm is my favourite home that I have ever seen... period.
