  This luxurious retreat offers a modern, fully-equipped kitchen/dining room and living room with a 50" TV and Sonos system alongside a wealth of other incredible facilities including a beautiful garden room, extensive lawned garden, private gym with sauna and cinema room as well as a heated outdoor pool (available May to September) and 6 seater hot tub providing you with all you need and more for a wonderful holiday.

Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and towels are provided.
Accessibility: Property set over 2 floors.
Kitchen and utilities: Two dishwashers, American fridge freezer, second tall fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, Electric Range oven, microwave, Air Fryer, Sonos system.
Facilities for families: Travel cot, highchair and stair gate provided. (Please bring your own cot linen). 
Outside: The property stands within beautifully manicured grounds behind solid wooden gates. The extensive lawned gardens wrap around the property with chipped pathways and beautifully planted borders of flowers, palms, mature trees and hedges. There are various seating areas together with a paved terrace, outdoor tables and chairs, Weber charcoal barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor, heated swimming pool with this area secured by gates for safety. (please note that the swimming pool will be available from May to September)
Pets: 2 pets allowed. £25 per week per pet
Parking: Parking is provided for five vehicles.

Nearest amenities: 0.9 miles
Changeover time: Check in at 5pm. Check out at 10am.
