Peter and his brother Joseph are fantastic hosts. From first contact until departure they were teally helpful. Peter was very quick to respond to my enquiries which was useful as we we're travelling by bicycle and I only had wifi in mornings&evenings. The apartment was very clean and well located for public transport and the thermal baths down the road. Joseph provided all the information required to explore the city during our stay and arranged safe storage for our bicycles which we choose not to use in the city. He also gave us a lift to the airport at the end of our stay which was a big help as arranging a taxi thatcoukd take two bikes was problematic. All in all a great appartment superbly hosted in a fantastic city.

Peter's brother Joseph checked us in and was very helpful and informative about the location and transport system in Budapest. Do not be fooled by the appearance of the building as you walk up to it, as it is a very nice apartment inside and is in a perfect location!

This apartment was absolutely brilliant. It had everything we needed and more, plus the decor and general atmosphere was comfortable and chilled, a perfect place to wake up in and get home to after a day exploring Budapest. Jozsef (peter's brother) was overwhelmingly helpful with advice on transport, recommendations for eating and drinking, plus general guidance in having a good holiday in the city. The communication was top notch and we felt very well looked after. The location of the apartment was perfect for us as a stroll through the city park is a perfect way to start the day, outside of the busy centre, and yet so close to anything you need via public transport. I highly recommend this apartment or any other apartment ran by these hosts. 10/10.

We visited Budapest for a few days in February and we loved it! Getting to the apartment from the airport was really easy and the directions provided by Joseph (Peter's brother) were spot on. It took less than an hour and Joseph was already at the apartment waiting for us. He spent a long time showing us which places to visit in Winter and how to get around the city, which was extremely helpful. The apartment is not located within walking distance of the centre, so it is peaceful, but the public transport is cheap and efficient, making it easy to get everywhere. The apartment itself is amazing! Everything is new, modern and stylish. It's definitely a lovely place to head back to after a long day of exploring! There's even an information board with maps, public transport timetables etc - they've clearly put a lot of effort into making your holiday easier.

As soon as we booked the apartment the host Peter was very easy to get in contact with and extremely helpful. When we got to the apartment we were greeted by Peter's brother Josef who was extremely friendly and took the time to give us a lot of information about life in Budapest from public transports to sights to see and places to eat. The amount of information in the flat for tourists is really impressive. The flat itself is ideal, really modern inside with surround sound system big tv, modern kitchen and bathroom and a lovely balcony. Couldnt really ask for anymore as its very warm with central heating and the beds are extremely comfy. The place was also extremely clean and well stocked to start you off on your holiday with a bottle of wine left for you as well. The apartments located in a quiet residential area right beside the park which includes places to see like heroes square and Szechenyi bath. Me and my brother quite enjoyed the walk into the city centre every day but if you wanted to take public transport its easy done and no hassle. We felt extremely lucky to have been able to stay in this apartment and would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay outside the city centre but still wants to be able to get there with ease.

Hi there! My name is Peter and I’m 33 years old. I was born in Budapest and have lived in this beautiful city all my life. I graduated as an economist and have been working for an aviation consulting company for 3 years as a marketing manager. I’ve been to many countries and cities all around the world and I have many experiences with various accommodation facilities. My favourite places were: Amsterdam, Havana, Miami, Phuket, Sydney. I have always loved to travel and meet new people from different cultures. These are the things I can not live without: friends, football, travelling, good coffee places.
