The private balcony is just off of the living area. Enjoy breathtaking views of the famous Gore Mountain Range, as well as partial ski slope views. This also overlooks Dercum Square-home to an ice rink during the winter months and a miniature golf course during the summer.
The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience. The living area features a 49" LED TV mounted above a gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa mattress is brand-new with the best memory foam mattress out there. It is the same mattress used in several 5-star luxury hotels. The ottoman converts into a table top with 2 benches for extra seating. For those music fans, we added a Sonos music system for you.
Enjoy a full-sized kitchen, stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features new brushed-finish granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats 4 with 3 additional seats at a custom-made table. It is so easy to come back to your condo for a quick lunch!
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a mounted LED TV. The en suite bathroom has granite countertops with new double sinks and hardware, a shower/tub combination, and a door leading to a separate toilet area. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with two twin trundles that pull out on both sides and a LED TV. The trundle mattresses are custom made with 8 inch high density foam, which is just as comfortable as a normal mattress. The guest bathroom is just off the main living area. It has a pedestal sink and a shower/tub as well. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In our vacation rentals you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel should it have comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More space means daily housekeeping is not a cost-effective option, not to mention it would infringe on the home-like feel and added privacy a vacation rental offers.
Here's what you can expect at one of our vacation rentals. We offer a departure clean and a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more. To restock or purchase any other needed items, we encourage guests to visit the local grocery store or take advantage of a grocery delivery service. We also offer 24/7 customer service with a full staff during the day and emergency on-call support overnight.
Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and maintenance services, but these are primarily for vacation rentals in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck the right balance as most of our guests are satisfied with their stays.
