Dear Susan: We appreciate all reviews positive and negative. For us, it is important to be committed 100% in providing our guests the best rental experience in our beach home. To prove this, up to now, we have only received really positive reviews and great feedbacks to help improve future rentals.
Saddened and surprised, we understand that maybe your expectations were not met and for this reason, we offer our sincere apology.
On the other hand, we are particularly concerned to learn important and actual facts after you left our property. First of all, windows were left open, some appliances were broken or not functioning properly, the whole apartment was very filthy and on top of this, we received $100 fine and reprimand letter from the administration of the building reporting that on various occasions you would enter the pool without washing your body from the sand in the beach which is part of the rules stated in the pool area.
We are left uncomfortable with your stay in our home, which has caused us an unfair and confusing review and also loss of money.
In the future, we urge you not to do this with other owners or other homes. If you really felt bad in our beach condo, we would have preferred if you not stayed over a month and we would of gladly reimburse you the full amount.
