Kim was very helpful and welcoming when I arrived. The apartment is on the first floor, nice and compact - exactly what I needed. The neighbourhood is picturesque, quiet and close to buses, grocery stores, SAQ, markets and places to eat. One caveat....if you're renting a car, make sure you check the signage for which days you can park on the street. Parking tickets are $53 :( The apartment has all the necessities for a pleasant stay; fridge, stove, washer, dryer, television, and a beautiful shower. At this time, the bed would not be good if you have a bad back, but check with Kim and see if that has changed if this is an issue for you. Overall, I would recommend Kim and her apartment.
