This is a very simple but spacious house in a fantastic location with a large private patio. The lack of air conditioning could be a problem for some, but we were OK with a fan as the house stays pretty cool during the day. Furnishings and supplies are minimal but it had most everything we needed, and we especially enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evening with a glass of wine before heading out to dinner. Can walk everywhere easily, and taxi/bus stand very close. But this house is quiet and easy to get to just behind the Hilton hotel through a private garden entrance.

This beautiful old house is very close to all the action....Old Town Dubrovnik just a 5 min walk, restaurants arpund the corner, swimming in a cove beside " The Red Keep" and "Blackwater Bay" (Game Of Thrones reference) is a fun 8 min walk thru an alleyway neighbourhood. This is a well appointed, yet "rustic" stay in the center of all the action with lots of space. And the courtyard is perfect for a dinner or wine chat under the stars. Igor was easy to get a hold of, a responsive host and he made arrangements for us to get access to the place that was perfectly timed. I hope you enjoy your rustic-urban stay near Old Town Dubrovnik!!

Everything was wonderful, as other reviews have stated. The location is fantastic. The communication was easy and extremely fast. The week we were there was very hot, more than usual for Dubrovnik. It was warm in the house but, for having no a/c, it stayed pleasant with use of the fans. So glad we booked it. Would definitely stay again. Only small gripe is that the internet wasn't very fast. Not horrible by any means, but could've been better. Otherwise, we absolutely loved it! Thanks Igor and Nicky.

This beautiful stone house is very centrally located about 100 meters from the Pile Gate, yet is tucked away from tourist ruckus in the surrounding area. The pathway into the property makes it really unique, lined with beautiful plants and opens up to a huge garden with fruit trees and vine covered stone walls. Very beautiful! The space inside is huge. Both the day bed and the double bed are comfortable. Visitors should know that AC units are rare in Dubrovnik, and this house is no exception. They have a portable climatizer and a fan. We were fine for both, except the bathroom - it got very hot and sticky in the bathroom, making it a challenge to get dry, stay dry, and get ready. Note that we were there during a massive heat wave so I don't think we had the typical experience. Otherwise kitchen utensils, shower with good water pressure, good plumbing, lighting and abundant plugs were provided. Nicky was very flexible with us on check out, and she came to meet me for my midnight arrival which I really appreciated because I wasn't able to send any messages to them when I got in. The location is easy to find as it's close to the Hilton Imperial, right by the Pile Gate so Uber is easy to use if you need to leave the old city. Highly recommend this unique, special place!

Location: unbeatable, central yet secluded. Hospitality of hosts: Igor and Nicky couldn't have made us feel more welcome. House: A secluded fairytale of a place with a private courtyard to die for. Accessed from a most beautiful private pathway it belies the fact that it's 2 minutes from the Pile gate and instead feels like you are a world away from the stresses of modern life. A spacious house with big cool rooms enclosed within thick old stone walls it was so lovely it was hard to actually tear ourselves away and go and explore Dubrovnik. We would love to come back and stay soon and would recommend it to anyone and everyone...simply magical!
