Hi Tiffany, thanks so much for your feedback! I am glad that you loved the location, it is one of the best things about my place. I apologise that you found the directions difficult and you had trouble getting in touch. I am glad that as soon as I realised you were having minor issues I was able to help! I wholeheartedly apologise for the minor cleaning issues, this is simply not acceptable. Had you notified me of this when you arrived, I would have sent a cleaner immediately. I understand your frustration about the wifi, I hope that you can appreciate this was a BT network fault, was totally out of my control and I tried my best from my location to resolve the issues for you. I did offer to send someone from BT to try and fix it but you asked not to which, a wish that I respected. Lastly, regarding the rubbish, I hope you can appreciate that it is my home and, as I am not there when it it rented out, my guests are generally happy to do some basic tasks such as these. However, I can understand that you may not have wished to and I am glad that I found an alternative solution, sending someone round to do take the rubbish out. I would like to reiterate my apologies that you had some problems during your stay. Please know that if you were to stay again, I would ensure that your stay is of the high standard that my other guests have experienced and resolve all the issues. Come again soon! All the best.
