Hi there! My name is Luke and I'm studying here in Copenhagen. My room is cosy, and you will have full access to a large kitchen and bathroom. I'm also in a great location, not far from the city centre.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this listing to any but the most indiscriminating airbnb'r. The apartment is in a nice part of town, maybe a 12 minute walk to the nearest metro, and 20 minutes or a short taxi to some nightlife. However the apartment itself took me back to my Co…
Response from Luke:
Hi Alex, I'm sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay. The bathroom isn't in the greatest shape, but that is the way we inherited the apartment only a few months ago and there's not a lot to do about it, though the sinks and drains have been fixed. I can assure you having the washing machine next to the shower is not unsafe at all. The socket is on the other side of the washing machine - far away from the water. This is normal is Denmark. Copenhagen apartments are very small and we are lucky to even have a washing machine. Regarding my roommates, it is unfortunate they made a lot of noise while you were trying to rest, but I must remind you that it was a Saturday night, and they were out of the apartment by 8.30pm. I don't think that's unreasonable at all. Also I am renting out just one room, not the whole apartment, what they do is really not up to me. If it is any consolation to anyone reading this, both of my roommates are moving out at the end of June anyway. Also, the towel was washed, and we are Australian, not British. I apologise again for the disturbances you experienced, but I don't believe this review is completely fair or accurate. All the best, Luke
