We spent a month in this house and couldn't have picked a better spot for our vacation! The house was peaceful and private and exactly the beach getaway we were looking for. Robin was super helpful answering all of our questions and helping with recommendations to whatever we needed. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our time there. We wish we could have stayed forever!

The view is breath taking. Nothing better than to see the sunset! It is very secluded, so it is a MUST that you bring everything necessary with you. The staff was awesome! They helped us get local food, and are very friendly. It helped that we speak Spanish, because they don't speak English, however they can work it out as long as you are willing to. It's a great place if you want to get away. My favorite thing was to sleep on the hammock to the sound of the ocean!

The place has all the basics you need. It is also very quite and safe. The view is amazing! Robin responds almost immediately! The caretakers are very friendly. Bring bugs repellent and your grocery. I recommend Robin's place if you want to spend a relaxing time with family and friends. Don't forget your camera, sunset is spectacular!

We stayed the whole, beautiful, delightful month of December at Sunset Waves. The Playa San Diego came right up to the house. The sound of the Pacific waves lulled and pounded, depending on the tides. Low tide pools formed in the rocks. Loved watching the pelicans and birds. Fishing boats stopped by at times to sell fish, or just down the coast there are fishing villages for fresh catch for dinner. We took day trips to explore Nicaragua, but we're always pleased to return to the beach house. This is simple living, cold showers, a basic spigot in the kitchen, but everything works! We had everything we needed, even AC in the bedroom. Robin is terrific and very responsive. Mark checked in on us whenever he was around. The caretaker family made us feel like family. The road to the beach was very washed out in the first of the month, but by the end they had actually graded and smoothed it out. We loved driving along looking at the sugarcane fields. Cows, ox driven carts, dogs, chickens, pigs and horses all shared the road each trip. The longer we were there, the more we discovered in terms of where to find supplies, groceries, gas etc. Managua was best for stocking up. The road to Leon is wonderful and only 30 minutes more, if even, so we made the most of our day trips, touring and shopping. We aren't surfers, but enjoyed watching. This place is still quiet and unspoiled. We loved it. On Wed, Jan 11, 2017 at 11:57 AM Airbnb wrote: Airbnb Profile Picture How was your stay at Robin’s place?
