Welcome to your cozy 1-bedroom lower-level suite in the heart of Queens Village! Perfectly located only 8 minutes from UBS Arena and a short drive to both JFK and LaGuardia airports. You’ll be 15 minutes from St. John’s University, Green Acres Mall, and just 6 minutes from the LIRR Queens Village station. MTA public transportation is within walking distance, making it easy to explore NYC.

The space
This private suite is located in the lower level of a residential family home. Guests enjoy a separate entrance and full privacy in their living space, while still experiencing the comfort of a home environment. Relax in the living room with a comfortable couch and Roku TV for streaming your favorite shows.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-sized fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, eating utensils, plates, mugs, and cookware which is perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals during your stay.

The bedroom features a Queen bed, Roku TV, and a spacious full-sized closet. The en-suite bathroom offers fresh towels, washcloths, and a Bluetooth-enabled ceiling light speaker for your favorite music or podcasts.

Transparency Disclosure:

This is a lower-level suite located in the basement of a family home. You may occasionally hear light sounds from normal household activity upstairs, including playful footsteps from a visiting toddler (Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–6 PM). If you are looking for a completely silent, hotel-style stay, this may not be the best fit. However, most guests find the sounds minimal and enjoy the warm, home-like atmosphere.

Ceiling height accommodates guests up to 6’2”.

A starter pack of essential supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.) is provided at check-in for your convenience. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items they may need for the remainder of their stay.
