We live above a garage (not noisy) but anyone who gets seasick (during the winds) should watch out ... Our home is easily accessible to Canterbury City Centre (5 mins walking) but not suitable for anyone who does not like to 'rock n roll' at night!
It is our home - all welcome ... however, seniors with hip issues should be aware ... we have v.wobbly pavements here and (also) our home is only reached by a set of concrete stairs ... 13 steps only (with hand rail) however can be v.slippery when wet.
All are welcome ... We provide, in your welcome pack ... tea, coffee, pure filtered milk (semi-skimmed, or otherwise, as requested), clean linen glass towels, fresh bath towels ( for two [colours on request] ) and a special Tea Tree Bubble Bath to relax into, upon arrival. - Enjoy! ps. High calorie biscuits (malt), plus fresh fruit and smoothie maker are also provided ... providing (after our first guests the smoothie maker does not leave !! ... Otherwise our prices go up!!! :)
Interaction with guests
You will have a guest suggestion list (of sights to visit) and a phone with pre-programmed activities to book. We offer a welcome tea/coffee & 1st breakfast welcome pack. A clean fridge/freezer and directions to the nearest store + opening hours. Your welcome pack should last you (approx) the first 12 hours here though (fingers crosses (y/n) we hope :) ).
Other things to note
CCTV is only available from Canterbury High Street (Westgate Towers) up to Saint Dunstan's Church (another place of note !) ... however street lighting is only available one on every second lamp from St Dunstan's Church to here. I would recommend being home pre duskdown. There are alot of pavement stones to trip over ... (not mentioning the Cats and Dogs that live around here :) - None agressive, promise!).
