The space
The interior space consists of 3 spacious bedrooms with corresponding ensuite bathrooms, a high aesthetic designed living room, an extra WC, an open plan kitchen and dining area fully equipped with all electrical appliances and all necessary cooking utensils.

The outdoor space consists of a private backyard with BBQ facilities, a large outdoor seating area, a dining table with perforated pergola, a private pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and poufs for your ultimate relaxation. The property also has private parking.

Other things to note
1. The cleaning service for the villa is provided once per week and can be scheduled in consultation with the guest's preferences.
2. The pool is subject to cleaning every two days, morning hours.

Τα Σβορωνάτα είναι ένα από τα μεγαλύτερα χωριά της νότιας Κεφαλονιάς και ανήκει στην περιφέρεια Λειβαθούς. Βρίσκεται 9 χιλιόμετρα νοτιοανατολικά του Αργοστολίου, πολύ κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο του νησιού. Έχει 710 κατοίκους σύμφωνα με την απογραφή του 2011. Από τα Σβορωνάτα κατάγεται ο ήρωας του Μακεδονικού Αγώνα Συνταγματάρχης Σβορώνος.

Ένα από τα λίγα χωριά που δεν καταστράφηκαν ολοσχερώς από τους σεισμούς του 1953, στα Σβορωνάτα οι επισκέπτες έχουν την ευκαιρία να δουν δείγματα αρχιτεκτονικής του 19ου αιώνα. Ονομαστοί ήταν οι σιδεράδες του χωριού, τα πορτόνια των οποίων είναι πραγματικά έργα τέχνης (πορτόνια λέγονται στα Επτάνησα οι καγκελόπορτες). Εξαιρετικό δείγμα αρχιτεκτονικής είναι και η εκκλησία του Αγίου Νικολάου, προστάτη του χωριού και των ναυτικών, με το επιβλητικό καμπαναριό.

Τα Σβορωνάτα έχουν αναπτυχθεί τα τελευταία χρόνια τουριστικά και διαθέτουν πλήθος τουριστικών καταλυμάτων, εστιατόρια και ταβέρνες. Πολύ κοντά βρίσκονται οι παραλίες Άμμες, Άβυθος, Άη Χέλης και Μηνιές.

Από τα Σβορωνάτα, θαυμάζοντας τη θέα προς το πέλαγος, θα δείτε και το νησάκι Δίας, ένα από τα μικρά νησιά της Κεφαλονιάς, με την Παναγία τη Διώτισσα στην κορυφή, που γιορτάζει πανηγυρικά στις 2 Ιουλίου.

Η Παναγία στα Ντομάτα είναι ένα από τα πλησιέστερα μοναστήρια στα Σβορωνάτα που αξίζει να επισκεφθείτε. Εκεί βρίσκεται το φέρετρο του Πατριάρχη Γρηγορίου του Ε’ , ενώ το τέμπλο του ναού είναι επίχρυσο.

Η Villa Chrisi βρίσκεται μέσα στο χωριό των Σβορωνάτων, αφού διασχίσετε τον κεντρικό δρόμο, στη διασταύρωση Ντοματων, Αβύθου εσείς θα πάρετε το δρόμο δεξιά προς Αη χέλη. Στο δεξί σας χέρι θα βρείτε το εστιατόριο Ακρόπολη. Ακριβώς δεξιά του εστιατορίου θα βρείτε το στενό που οδηγεί στη Villa Chrisi.
