We had a lovely stay in deborah s cosy and charming townhouse in the middle of magnac laval. Bakery nearby and the restaurant/bar next door are very convenient! Very good bed with nice and fluffy linnen. Loved the stairs and the other old details of the house. Not so much to see in Magnac Laval but ideal for a stop on the way.

This was a real home away from home , a perfect and spacious peaceful and clean environment that gave me the peace and quiet I needed but also the choice to be among folk in the bar restaurant downstairs . Deborah was a most kind and hospitable host . A very pleasant experience ! Thank you !

We thought the apartment was clean and spacious and well equipped. We loved the towels and bedding. Debbie and Allan were pleasant hosts and having the restaurant next door was very useful. It was extremely pleasing to find that breakfast options and a bottle of wine had been provided. Thank Debbie and Allan. The only drawback was that, although Magnac Laval was a small village, the apartment was situated on the main road, so there was significant traffic noise. Ear plugs solved the problem! Otherwise an excellent stop- over.

Response from Deborah:
Thanks for your review. Unfortunately the traffic was higher than normal due to a road diversion plus due to the hot September weather the windows needed to be open. The house is centrally located which makes it so convenient. Our normal traffic is tractors & combine harvesters...

Great apartment right in the centre of town. Bright, airy and spacious, and well equipped. It was perfect for our needs, being very central and with parking right opposite. The accommodation is very comfortable and remarkably roomy, with good views across the main square to open country beyond. Deborah is a great host, and we appreciated the breakfast supplies provided for our arrival. The friendly bar /restaurant is right downstairs and serves excellent, reasonably priced food every day. Thank you!

Busy running a successful bar/restaurant just next door to La Petite Maison or taxi driving my twin boys all across Rural France or walking my 2 Cocker Spaniels around the beautiful Limousin countryside!
