Unique 2 bedroom 2 full bath stilt home with a tiki ambiance on a canal minutes to restaurants, Pine island sound, great fishing, lots manatees and dolphins, biking, hiking, art galleries, grilling, or just relaxing barefoot on the tiki screened in deck or paver patio enjoying all the boats passing by. There are biking and hiking trails throughout the island and lots of other things to do on the island and in SW Florida. For experienced boaters we do rent a 2014 Hurricane Deck boat for $200/day.
On the infamous monroe canal with lots of happy boaters idling by while you relax on the wraparound screened in tiki deck or right next to the waters on the paver patio. Unforgettable kayaking to the various keys nearby and catch fish or see all the sea birds roosting at dusk(simply incredible!)
Restaurants and biking/ hiking trails are nearby. The matlacha art galleries and Edison home are unique and quite interesting. Pine Island is a nature lover's paradise with great authentic seafood restaurants and exotic fruit stands! This is not a beach island with all the traffic, condos, and crowds. It's a mangrove lined island with tons of dolphins, manatees, fish, and birds. SSHHHHH! Don't tell too many people about our special island!
2 single ocean kayaks: Wilderness Systems Tarpon 160i and a fishing kayak: ocean Kayak Prowler, 4 mountain bikes, gas grill, fishing rods and reels.
Please note: If you bring a dog there is an extra $40 cash pet cleaning fee that you leave on the counter.
