The space
This recently renovated property, designed by Blakstad, is located at the heart of Ibiza, just minutes from the vibrant village of Santa Gertrudis and a 10‑minute drive from Ibiza Town (with the airport reachable in 15 minutes). Set within a private, valley-facing estate, the villa offers full seclusion, extensive parking, and landscaped gardens leading to beautiful countryside trails; ideal for both relaxation and exploration.
Indoor & Outdoor Living:
The ground floor hosts a spacious living room featuring a built-in seating pit, dual fireplaces, a piano, and floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the terrace. A stylish playroom with a pool table and lounge area sits adjacent. The formal dining space connects seamlessly to a professional kitchen equipped with a Boretti gas stove (including two ovens), a microwave, wine cooler, and an American-style fridge. Sliding doors from the kitchen and living areas lead directly to the covered chill-out terrace, which includes comfortable sofas, a large day-bed, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with BBQ. Steps lead down to a heated swimming pool, sun loungers, and various terraces designed for relaxing, dining, or sunset watching.

Guests have full private access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, the pool, gardens, private terraces, and parking.
Other things to note
The lead guest will be required to provide a copy of their passport at the time of booking, along with the completion of our Guest Information Form.
To comply with the legal requirements for All Spanish Tourist Accommodations (Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021), each guest who is of the age 14 or over will be requested to complete a Guest Traveller Form. Adults can complete this on behalf of a traveling child between 14 to 18, but must provide their relationship to the child. Check-in to the property may be declined if the requested information is not provided prior to arrival.
Please note that check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM, unless agreed otherwise in advance. The exact villa address will be shared 48 hours before arrival for security reasons.
