The space

The villa is positioned close to the quiet cove of Cala Roja and the popular sandy stretch of Talamanca beach. Its architecture takes full advantage of the sloping terrain, with the property built into the rock face in a series of ascending levels. The natural stone is integrated into the design, most strikingly in the entrance hall, where a rocky outcrop forms part of the stairway, reinforcing the connection between structure and landscape.

Guest access
Guests have full private access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, the infinity pool, gardens, private terraces, and parking.
Other things to note
The lead guest will be required to provide a copy of their passport at the time of booking, along with the completion of our Guest Information Form.
To comply with the legal requirements for All Spanish Tourist Accommodations (Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021), each guest who is of the age 14 or over will be requested to complete a Guest Traveller Form. Adults can complete this on behalf of a traveling child between 14 to 18, but must provide their relationship to the child. Check-in to the property may be declined if the requested information is not provided prior to arrival.
Please note that check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM, unless agreed otherwise in advance. The exact villa address will be shared 48 hours before arrival for security reasons.

Cleaning breakdown:
Monday - Saturday 9am-3pm, 4 – 5 hours of daily cleaning. Linen every 4 days if stay longer than a week change twice.
Any more requirements is extra charge. Any linen or towels damaged due to improper usage (i.e. makeup removal etc.) will be charged at €50 euros per item.
