Cozy and well-appointed Skarridsø A-house on two floors on 5700 sqm of land located up to the peace forest and close to fields and scenic area.

The cottage is quiet and secluded without a view from neighbors on the sunny grounds with two terraces, one of which is partially covered.

The cottage is within walking distance of Rullehøje, overlooking the Great Belt, Vindekilde and the outer tip of Røsnæs. In the area, there are fantastic opportunities for hiking on scenic hiking trails.

The space
The cottage is 85 sqm spread over two floors. The grounds are 5,700 sqm with a large lawn and large oak, beech and birch trees as well as wild raspberry and blackberry bushes. On the property, there are two wooden terraces. On the north-facing terrace, there is sun in the morning and afternoon. On the south-facing terrace, there is sun most of the day. The grounds are completely undeveloped and private, and there are many nooks and crannies. The house consists of a large combined living and dining room with an adjacent small well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. In the living room, there is a fireplace with a wood-burning stove effect. The fireplace thus heats the ground floor all year round. In addition to the fireplace, there are electric heaters in all rooms. On the ground floor, there is a north-facing bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm double bed. The bathroom with underfloor heating, separate shower and washing machine is located on the ground floor opposite the bedroom. From the living room, there are stairs to the 2nd floor with a small storage room with freezer. There are two rooms with two single beds in each room. Please note that only the room with a south-facing balcony is available for rent. The room to the north is used for private storage.
