My small house comes directly from the real history of roman people. It lies just in the garden of the House where Maria Montessori founded her first Children House in 1907. The house appear in several motion pictures. Let you be just like a roman.

Nice apartment in a lovely, quiet, private courtyard. It had everything we needed for our stay, including pans for cooking. The bed and pillows were not especially comfortable, however, the area was nice and quiet so we slept fine. It is also worth noting that the ceiling upstair is very low. The apartment is around 15-20 minutes from the main station (termini) and a little less to the nearest metro stop. There is a tram station even closer. We had no trouble getting into the centre and it is not too far to walk to the Colosseum. However, whichever transport you take, it does take some time to get into the centre of Rome. Overall, we found this a convenient and pleasant place to stay in our time in Rome.

Very cute apartment in a nice little courtyard area. Very quiet and peaceful there and it felt very secure as well. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were fine, not the comfiest but I managed to sleep well. The bathroom is very small, but again, we managed fine in it. The apartment is about a 15-20 minute walk from the main station (Termini). The surrounding area is a little bit dingy and graffitied but there were lots of restaurants around that we could eat in. The service wasn't the best but the food was good. There are also supermarkets nearby to pick up essentials. Tizianas friend came and picked us up from the station which was very lovely. The apartment was air conditioned, which was very much needed in the 37 degree heat. The wifi was also very good! Thank you Tiziana for a great stay!

Worst nightmare in my airbnb life! 1. Diffcult to access from city center. Too much dust on the floor; bunch of dust rolling around the flat. I'm pretty sure the host did not clean the flat for awhile. Too small bathroom to even take a descent shower and black molds on the shower door disgusted me. 3. The house is not ventilating at all. At least do not take risk in Summer; you will get at least 10 mosquito bites over a night. I made a reservation for 3nights but moved out from the house after one night in the flat. My mother and I could only sleep for approx 3 hours due to the heat inside the house and too many bugs. Only small fan which was full of dust!!! Bad experience...

The apartment manager arrived 15 minutes after we arrived there and called him. He said he is not aware that any guests were coming, as the owner did not inform him about our stay. The apartment was not clean after the previous guests left. It was a NIGHTMARE experience and please do your research about the area before you book your stay.

Everything is clean and tidy, and the room is quiet comfortable. Just a little thing that the toilet especially the shower area is too small.

Tiziana's flat is really cool, pretty tiny but had everything we needed notably a coffee machine and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is great in San Lorenzo district, with a true local life and lots of authentic bars and restaurants away from tourist crowds. The neighborhood has a vibrant night life but Tiziana's place is very quiet located at the end of a flowered courtyard, like a safe haven. Also I had an amazing experience in a huge underground techno club just nearby located in a former warehouse... Finally her friend Daniele was very accommodating for the check out to let us leave later, take care of our luggage for our last day as new guests were arriving and return our luggage at the train station in the evening before leaving to the airport. Thank you!
