This lovely, fully redecorated flat, in a green and safe neighbourhood, benefits from easy access to central London and all main airports and train stations. It is located on the banks of the river Lee, facing the largest nature reserve in London.

The space

My flat is located within the Lee Valley Park, on the banks of the river Lee, in a quiet and leafy neighbourhood, with excellent public transport access from Tottenham Hale station (10 minutes step free walk from the flat) to all major airports, central and city of London, as well as tourist attractions.

There is a major retail park on the way to the flat from Tottenham Hale station, which includes a big supermarket and a pharmacy, with a smaller 7-11 supermarket on the other side of the station and a grocery shop 5 minutes from the flat.

An 18th cent. country pub with good food and a large beer garden facing Lee valley reservoirs is located 10 minutes walk from the flat along the river (URL HIDDEN)

For cyclists, hikers and nature enthusiasts:
There are scenic hiking and cycling routes through the Lee Valley Park, which can be accessed straight from the flat (URL HIDDEN) map of the area next to the flat: (URL HIDDEN) There are marshes, reservoirs, 3 parks (with nice coffee shops!), 9 playgrounds and sportsgrounds all within 5-15 minutes walk from the flat

The water reservoirs opposite the flat contain some of the most diverse selection of water birds in the capital, which an be observed from the balcony, including cormorants, coots, moor hens, grey herons, ingrets, swans and many types of ducks and geese.

Vicky's flat is an excellent place for East London stay. It is close enough to the Victoria Line, so may even be fine for Central London. This is a live apartment, so you just step in as if it is yours. Served me very well. checking In and out was easy, and Vicky responded quickly when needed. All as promised, including the view to the canal.
