Happy Cottage: 2-bed, 2 en-suite accessible bungalow, with private garden, Hot Tub, outside eating spaces; 10 mins to Castlerock beach, 9 miles to Portstewart Golf Club and Strand beach, 11 miles to Portrush, the Giants Causeway-coastal route starts here!; 60 mins to Belfast by car, and 30mins to Derry.

Ideal for holiday makers, time-out, families: Golfers, NW 200, surfers, divers, writers.

Cot/ toddler bed if required, 2nd bedroom is superking or twin room setup.

The space
Your own outdoor dining area Portstewart and the River Bann catching the afternoon and evening light.

An outdoor reading garden, providing a private, relaxed area with chiminea. Fabulous for evening times to finish the day after the beach trip, or in the morning light to start the day. You will probably be companied by an inquisitive native such as black bird, robin, blue tit or chaffinch!

There is your own space at the front to park. Happy Cottage is attached to a larger house which is completely separate from your own area.

There is a private country lane to access Happy Cottage, and this is shared only with those popping in and out of the main house. Gorse Lane, is a 0.6 km dander, super to walk toddlers or primary school age group, knowing they are safe to run, hop, and skip at whatever time!

Happy Cottage is accessible with a keypad, code provided once booked and near time of arrival.

Please let us know if you are bringing a pet. They are welcome; note they should not be on any furniture, and should be monitored in the garden as there are farmer’s fields in the close proximity. Please be fully responsible for their actions.

Happy Cottage is all yours, with its own:

-outside dining area south facing,
-grassed decking space, a walk out from the master bedroom and living room,
-private, seated garden,
-close to a heap of natural, awe inspiring scenery with National trust maintained gardens, and a plethora of amenities.

Other things to note
A cot or toddler bed is available to include on request with a box of kids books and toys.

Nearby are courses for surf lessons, throw a clay pot, try out a golf lesson, go sea fishing, beach horse riding, go free diving, or simply sit and be still by the sea or in your private garden.
