The space
Step into this inviting property with over 1750 sqft of air-conditioned indoor space, complemented by 400 sqft of outdoor bliss. A splendid & roomy terrace extends seamlessly from the primary bedroom and living room, expanding fully with sliding doors for enchanting oceanfront dining and lounging experiences. The oversized double terrace is equipped with dining chairs, chaise lounges, and conversation chairs, providing a picturesque view of Simpson Bay Beach, the ocean, and the private complex swimming pool. Comes equipped with an electric George Foreman BBQ on the terrace for grilling without the mess.
Bedrooms:
Relax in your ocean-facing king bedroom and gaze out over the crystal clear waters, or in the bay-facing Queen bedroom. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, the living room features a twin size daybed. Our Condo villa accommodates 4 adults + 1 child 5+ years of age.

The Living Room TV and the ocean-facing bedroom TV is hooked up with Roku and FireTV, both provide access to multiple streaming platforms, on demand TV shows and movies and live TV channels.
Condo is located on the third floor with an elevator or two short flights upstairs, where you'll enjoy an unobstructed view, delightful tropical breezes and complete privacy.
Cleaning Service:
Rest easy knowing that check-in and checkout cleaning is already taken care of with your reservation. Plus, for longer stays (28 days+), enjoy bi-weekly complimentary maid service as well. Our priority is your comfort, with a dedicated day in between reservations for meticulous cleaning and sanitizing.

Guest access
Guests have access to our private condo, elevator, our gated community pool and beach accessible from the pool deck.
Our private gated community is equipped with night time security from 6 pm to 6 am.
Other things to note
For your comfort, we have a Generator to supply uninterrupted power to our unit and building. We also have a brand new elevator installed winter of 2024.
We offer discounts for stays longer than 28 days during the months of August through September. We welcome visiting University families with special pricing during Aug through Sept, just send us a message.
