Welcome to paradise! This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is in a relaxing, prime location with amazing ocean views and just 10 minutes from the world famous Médano Beach, downtown, and our gorgeous marina!

The outdoor dining area is perfect for enjoying the incredible weather and the kitchen has all you need for cooking up your favorite meals.

You can also take advantage of the community amenities which include 3 pools, BBQ areas, and a gym - perfect for keeping active while on vacation.

The space
All bedrooms are located on the lower level with two of them having walk-out access to the back yard and spectacular views of the ocean and Land's End.

Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom, large walk-in closet, and dedicated air conditioner.

Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds and walk-in showers. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and an enclosed walk-in shower.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home's living spaces, the outdoor patio, and backyard.

Guests will also be able to enjoy the community amenities such as all three kid-friendly pools, BBQ areas with charcoal grills, tables and chairs, several playgrounds, and a well-stocked gym.

This is a family-friendly and safe neighborhood with a ton of amenities. There are three pools conveniently located throughout the community with loungers, BBQ grills, tables and chairs, and playgrounds. There is also 24-hour security and the HOA office on premises. This is a great place for families to visit!
