Experience the magic of the very edge of North Topsail Beach! Our beachfront townhome features 180-degree ocean views, sleeps up to 14 people and is just steps to the ocean. "Zoe By The Sea" is a dog and family friendly retreat, 3-level home with 3 expansive decks to soak in the breathtaking views, and plenty of relaxing outdoor hangouts. The home has 3 enclosed bedrooms, one loft space with bunk beds, and another game room with a sleep sofa. Plenty of space for friends and family to gather.

The space
You'll find the keyless entry pad on the front door located on the first floor up a short flight of stairs from the garage level.

The interior living space encompasses 3 stories with staircases to each level. The exterior living space includes three large balconies overlooking the ocean, as well as a patio area under the lower-level deck; both lower deck and patio have beach access. The home sits above the garage, so there is an exterior staircase to reach the front door.

The first floor has 2 QUEEN bedrooms each with balcony access, two full bathrooms and a game room/den with a FULL sleep sofa and a dessert full of board games. Feel free to bring your gaming equipment to enjoy in the game room. The second floor has the kitchen, dining and living area, with access to the second balcony. The third floor has the primary bedroom suite with a KING bed and an attached full bathroom, and a large open loft area with 2 BUNK BEDS - TWIN over FULL over a TWIN trundle. In the loft you will also find a fun air hockey table which will ensure plenty of fun for the whole family, as well as a small desk and chair for working from home. The loft opens to the 3rd balcony with gorgeous views.

Grab a yoga mat and enjoy a calming workout on one of the decks overlooking the ocean, or simply relax on one of the lounge chairs with a coffee or glass of wine.

PLEASE NOTE:
This home sits at the very end of North Topsail Beach, where the ocean meets the sounds. This is NOT a safe place to swim due to the high risk of rip currents. Enjoy the gorgeous views from all sides, and then in order to safely swim, we recommend walking about half a mile down the beach, for calmer waters.

We welcome your dogs! We provide a dog bed, water and food bowls, dog blankets, and baggies to pick up after your dog. If you are bringing a dog, please select pet with your booking, and message us with a description of your dog. If you’d like to bring more than one dog, the pet fee will be determined depending on the number, size, age, and breed of the dogs. Owners reserve the right to determine which dogs will be allowed, and how many. NO CATS or other pets allowed.

The game room/den has many board games, cards and other fun activities. It has a TV screen and cable that can be connected to your own gaming equipment.

The garage features an Electric Vehicle (EV) charger. This can be activated for your use UPON REQUEST. Please let us know if you'd like to use it prior to your arrival.

Enjoy the gorgeous views from all sides, and then in order to safely swim, we recommend walking about half a mile down the beach, for calmer waters.

The driveway tends to flood with heavy rain or King Tide, but the garage is elevated and stays dry. See photos for King Tide schedule.

North Topsail beach is a barrier island system that protects the coastlines from severe storm damage and harbor several habitats that are refuges for wildlife. The beaches of North Topsail Beach have been designated as Critical Habitat for two federally threatened species, the Piping Plover and the Loggerhead Sea Turtle, the Town’s logo. Examples of other endangered and protected species that live in our beaches are Monarch butterflies, American Alligator, Green Sea Turtle, Kemp's Ridley Sea Turtle, Leatherback Sea Turtle, Bald & Golden Eagles (there are nests under the high rise bridge). We highly recommend a visit to the The Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center in Surf City.

The marshes the street from our home is a bird sanctuary and home to fish and shellfish species. North Topsail has many such wetlands with excellent water quality and being of exceptional state or national ecological or recreational significance.
