It is a 6 minute drive to Normanton Industrial Estate so is in a great location for tradesmen to stay. Like a home away from home.
Easily accessible to the highways M1, A1, to drive North or South & M62 East & West.
It's 15 minutes drive to Wakefield for professionals or hospital staff & 24 minutes into Leeds.
Guest access
The garden is accessible at the ground floor, however the apartment is on the first floor and does not have a balcony or terrace. The park/green space is right next door if more open space is required.
Other things to note
Prior to guest check-in we will require them to forward to us, their contact details, including accurate and current name, address, phone number, email address. As hosts when we “accept a booking request or receive a booking confirmation through the Airbnb platform”, we “are entering into a contract directly with the Guest.” Our "relationship with Airbnb is that of an independent individual or entity and not an employee, agent, joint venturer, or partner of Airbnb" Airbnb does not have any ownership or part ownership over our property.

As hosts “Listing must include complete and accurate information" Likewise, we also want transparency, courtesy, integrity, to know who is in our home and to feel that our property and furnishings and family are safe during and after guest stays. Furthermore, we require the contact details for legal, fire safety, HOA rules, building security rules and insurance reasons.
We give our word that we will “only use another Member’s personal information as necessary to facilitate a transaction using the Airbnb Platform” unless we have their express consent.
It is our preference to conduct communication primarily through the Airbnb messages and it will continue to be. However, in our experience, there have been times when the Airbnb app freezes at the moment of check-in, when direct communication with the guest is the only way to ensure that they are not freezing outside also, when they could be happy and relaxed inside, feeling safe and enjoying their stay. We believe it is important to be able to contact our guests to help them to safety if there is some form of emergency that directly affects them during their stay; in such moments a text/call/email can be faster communication than an app. Further, some of our guests don’t check their app and then contact us directly to assist with check-in. It’s helpful to us to be able to double check if the correct guest is attempting to check-in on the correct day.

If your business is closed for the evening for example, it can make it really tricky to liaise with your staff member to help them check in, when we can't contact them and when we can't contact you so don't know who is due to check in if they travel after hours.
