Guests have exclusive access to the property, fully fenced backyard, and two-car garage + driveway.
Other things to note
We collect 9% lodging tax for the City of Dallas, if not collected by the booking platform through the resolution center for each booking prior to check in.
- Guests must climb one set of stairs
- No pets allowed
- No smoking/drugs
- No parties/events
- No firearms
- Please observe quiet hours after 10 pm
We take our guests’ safety (and privacy) seriously. We have security cameras at the front of the house, the alley, and a doorbell camera. There are no interior cameras.
Also note:
- We have a yard maintenance/ trash collection service come 1x/week
- We have a pest control guy 1x/month for maintenance around the house
*They will not interrupt your stay but will be present on the grounds for 30 mins to take care of maintenance*
