Our three bedroom city cottage is located on a quiet side street in the up and coming Broadstone area, just 15 min walk from the city centre. There is plenty space for four people with a comfortable lounge and nice kitchen. During College term the house is home to our student children, but when they move out for the summer it is available for guests.

The space
Our victorian redbrick cottage has one en suite double bedroom and one double bedroom with seperate shower room for our guests. The third bedroom (at the front) is used for storage only and not available to guests.
It is a bright, comfortable and welcoming home. There is also a single pull-out chair bed in the lounge if required.

Guest access
Our guests have access to all the rooms in the house except the front bedroom which is used for storage. Outside the kitchen door is a small private lane. Smoking is not permitted inside.

Other things to note
Paid parking applies during the week. We can supply complimentary parking permits on request. Shops, pubs and coffee shops in easy walking distance.
Quiet cul-de-sac-street.
Please note that our house is not available for photo shoots or film projects.
