This is a great place in a great location in Vienna. The apartment is perfect for 3 people and is very well-connected to the city centre by public transport (tram, Metro). Getting to and from the airport was very easy too. We were met by Markus, who was waiting out for us, even though it was late in the evening. He showed us around the place and gave us some great tips for enjoying Vienna. I would definitely stay here again, if I happen to visit Vienna. Communication before the trip was very smooth too!

I loved this place! The room is within a lovely guest house that is ideally located--just a few minutes' walk from the subway & tram & lots of shops, but also off the main road on a quiet residential block, and in a real neighborhood that's not just tourist hotels. The hosts were so friendly and helpful and accommodating--I especially appreciated that they allowed me to arrive an early in the morning to check-in and to stay into the late afternoon for check-out. They provided helpful maps and even some chocolates! The private room was so much more than I had expected! It includes not only the private bedroom but also a private kitchen with a breakfast table, plus a desk area that was great for working, two comfortable sofas in addition to a bed (I bed even 3 people could stay in this place), a TV, and lots of closet space and drawers so I could really unpack and "live" there during my stay. There is beautiful light from floor-to-ceiling windows (which also can be blocked out by curtains), and an outdoor patio area with a table in case you want to sit outside. The housekeeper who came to clean did such an amazing job--I have never stayed in an AirBnB this clean before. Really, this level of accommodations is more like a hotel than a budget AirBnB. What an amazing value!

I stayed at Markus's place for one month. The apartment has everything one needs to live like at home. It is located not far from Enplatz station and many supermarkets and shops are within walking distance. It is highly recommend, and for such a price, there isn't anything better in Vienna.

Small but clean, all necessary items available. Markus and his mother were both great. Internet connection is generally good but sometimes unreliable. Good value.

This is the 2nd time I stay at one of the apartments of Clemens & Markus. Great place to stay at & top communication as usual. Unfortunately I had to depart earlier & Markus was such kind to change my booking on AirBnB so that I received a full refund for the remaining nights. Would highly recommend & definitely stay in this place again on my next visits to Vienna!

The place is very nice, clean and cosy, it has all the basic things a guest would need. Location is very good, it is only about 5 minutes walk to the nearest underground station. It is a cheaper location to stay compared to staying in central vienna, and the city centre is just about 15-20 minutes ride by the train. Parking spaces are available in the premise or along the street for visitors who are driving there by car.

The apartment is now served by Clemens' brother, Markus, and his mom. I stayed there for a month and I can recommend the place for either short or longer terms. Markus and Frau Dudek are really nice and welcoming people, and they did everything to address promptly my questions or requests. The apartment is on the ground floor, one can order a laundry service with Markus' mom, there are several food stores around, 5-10 min walk distance. The location is not central, but with the U-bahn (5-10 min walk to U3 Enkplatz station) it takes ~20 mins to get to the center of Vienna. An S-bahn station, Geiselbergstrasse, is also reachable on foot, ca 15 min, and it's a direct s7 line from the airport, 20 min ride. Apartment has all the amenities, a full-size fridge, an oven and a microwave, and the wifi. The location is quiet, the windows face a garden. All in all, I would stay there myself again and I can recommend it, it's the good value for the money too.
