The flat is in a beautiful neighbourhood, close to all shops and walking distance to all attractions. It was very clean and had all the basics provided. Marco was fantastic and responded quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend to others, and will absolutely be staying again!

The location of the apartment was absolutely fantastic. The street where the apartment is located is absolutely stunning. The place it's self is very average, and could do with a revamp. The shower is how it is described, and not suitable for tall people, however the bigger issue is that there is nowhere to pin up the shower head, meaning you have to shower holding it. We didn't meet Marco, we met his sister who was lovely and very informative of everything to do with Rome.

Exactly as advertised--if anything, the convenience of the location was undersold. It's so close to the Spanish Steps with all the upscale shopping and restaurants and piazzas that includes, and perfectly walkable to everything else we wanted to see as first-time Rome visitors (Colosseum, Vatican City, Pantheon, etc.). We were super close to the metro but mostly just opted to walk everywhere. The apartment itself is cute and comfortable--tall folks, be mindful of the lack of a stand-up shower. (We were small, so other than being a bit awkward it wasn't uncomfortable.) The heater was a major plus, given the still-quite-chilly March nights! All in all, we had a great stay and would choose to stay here again!

Excellent location, the apartment is well equipped and Marco provided us with useful info and also responded fast to all our messages. Only downside-the bath which doesn't have enough room- as mentioned by other guests- and a couple of furniture on the living room that could be replaced with new ones.

The apartment is exactly as described. It's in the perfect location for exploring the historic centre of Rome by foot.
