My modern and bright apartment is located in a true oasis in the city. The room is bright and spacious with shared bathroom and (URL HIDDEN) is very well connected with the city center, the Expo venue, the lakes and Malpensa airport.
The apartment is inside the first cohousing in Milan. It’s a modern “court” where nice and honest people live. It’s easy to forget that you are in Milan, given the silence, but it’s impossible to get lost, given the strategic location. The connections with the city centre are very comfortable, as well as the link with Malpensa Airport, Politecnico di Milano (we are basically inside the campus of this renown university), the Expo venue, and the lakes (Como and Maggiore).
Once you enter the shared garden and turn right, you will find a door to the front building, through which you can reach the stairs to the first floor. The apartment comes with a large and bright living room, with the kitchen and a large sofa bed and a spacious bedroom, equally bright, with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed if you like. Parquet is everywhere. There is one bathroom with shower and bathtub. The apartment overlooks a very quiet and silent street leading to the station of Milano Nord Bovisa.
You will find everything you need to sleep, wash up, and cook: sheets, towels, hair dryer, dishes, pans, and so on. In the bedroom there are two bedside tables, drawers, shelves, and hangers. In the kitchen, dishes and tools (nothing missing!) are available, you also have empty shelves and space in the fridge and freezer. You can watch TV on Italian digital channels or you can connect your device to HDMI and USB ports. The Wifi is available, except for heavy files or streaming moving (there is a monthly traffic limit).
In the good season you can relax in the nice and quite shared garden.
You have private access to the bedroom and shared use of the bathroom and kitchen with my namesake good friend Davide.
Interaction with guests
I, Davide, am the owner of the house, but the organizers of your visit will be Patrizia and Davide (a friend of mine), who will share the apartment with you and give you all the directions you might need.
I live with Maurizio, our little son Zeno and two wonderful Siberian cats, in a beautiful context in Milan. We live in cohousing, combining the advantages of a big city and those of a small community: our neighbors are also our friends! We have common areas where we enjoy time together and organize fun and cultural activities.
My passion (and work) is photography, but not less then reading and traveling.
Maurizio is a university assistant professor in biology. We both lived abroad for a while and we enjoy the opportunity to be in contact with people from different backgrounds and countries and a great way to do it is Airbnb.
