This property manager was kind enough to let me into the apartment a couple hours early which was appreciated. The apartment was quite large and in a great location as it is near the central station with a street car nearby. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. The apartment was clean except the kitchen which was dirty with specs of food on the dishes and counter top. That was easily remedied. There were key things missing like dish towels and/or paper towels that I had to request. We also ran out of toilet paper three days into a four day stay which was inconvenient. And while this is small, it was really annoying that there was no salt and pepper in the salt and pepper shakers. There wasn’t much in the kitchen so cooking was not easy or fun.

Checked in at 12.15 midnight without problem. Texted the person who came and checked in and gave keys. Walkeing distance at 10 min from train station . Apartment in excellent condition - clean and tidy. Very good double bed. Just need to start all heating. Kitchen has cutlery. Check out easy. Leave keys in the flat and lock out. Location second to none. Convenient for travel and Edka shop for day to day stuff just a cross the road. No noise and no other issues. Highly recommended and would stay again. I would like to thank alpha for the services.

We were greeted by the host at the property. We stayed here for Essen 2015. It was a lovely quite apartment, nice and clean and two underground stations from Messe. Perfect for a short stay in essen.

A very nice place to stay for 2 people. The apartment was roomy, very clean, and quiet. It had all the comforts we needed for our 3 day stay. The apartment remained relatively cool even though it was hot outside, though it was only good to leave the window open in the living room when home because of being on the ground floor. The kitchen facilities were adequate and the bathroom was nice. We didn't end up using it but there is a washing machine in the basement of the apartment building for exclusive use of the apartment. The only hitch we had was that the woman who met us at the apartment spoke little English, but luckily we were able to call our friend to speak German with her so we could get our questions answered more clearly. We would definitely consider staying at this apartment again.

Alpha's apartment was exactly as pictured, and the building is very clean, sunny and well maintained. Beautifully-gardened, quiet street, too. We were pleased to be met by Alpha even arriving late at night, and that all the appliances, wi-fi etc worked excellently. It was a very comfortable stay. Also nice to be close to grocery store and several restaurants. Many thanks Alpha!
