The space

A favorite of many, Summer House is also ADA compliant.

It is styled to emulate the local summer homes of the 1920’s and 1930’s. The screened front porch designed for casual outside living includes Adirondack chairs and an end table for your cool drinks. A Casa Blanca porch fan helps keep the mood going on those perfect Willow Creek nights.

Summer House has two queen beds with quality linens and rural style bedding with custom tailored pillows. The great room has a couch along with an oversized sitting chair. There is a 32inch flat screen television with satellite and XM radio. This bright and airy cottage has a very large bath area finished in white porcelain subway tile to help continue the feeling of those earlier summer days. Two conveniently placed vanity sinks complete the room. Summer House has a convenience kitchen that includes an under counter refrigerator, sink, microwave, dishes and cookware for the outside grill. 640sq ft.

The accommodations were beautiful and worth the trip up the mountain. For an overnight stay, it was luxurious and my favorite part was the heated bathroom floor.

I am so glad that you enjoyed the cabin. I apologize about the incorrect door code, and we will be sure to double check codes we send out to avoid future delays. Thank you for bringing it to our attention so we can improve on our service.

Just stopped here for the night and wish I had planned to stay longer! A beautiful cottage that was very well appointed and perfect size. Photos don't do it justice! Host was incredibly helpful and accommodating including treats, a bowl, and bed for my black lab! All around wonderful experience! Thank you

Perched on the side of a mountain, about 1/4 mile above the Wild and Scenic Trinity River sits the town of Willow Creek and Coho Cottages. Situated between the Trinity Alps Wilderness and Redwoods National Park, we are located in the world's largest Douglas Fir forest.

Sometimes it's hard to believe we are a part of California. Compared to the rest of the state, our climate is different, our trees are bigger and greener, and the people think differently as well. We are, in fact, the very southern tip of the Pacific Northwest.

Our family has called Willow Creek home now for over 100 years. We know the history, lore, and the land, and are happy to share with you secret locations and tales of the locals.

Willow Creek is very much a small town in transition. What we are becoming only time will tell. It's exciting times for sure! A renaissance of small farms and vineyard are rounding out an already diverse local culture. Steelhead fishing remains a strong activity as well as river paddlesports.

Coho Cottages is uniquely located as a base camp for adventure or lazy days of kicking back and taking it all in.

Let us introduce you to our secluded region.
